I have recently graduated in MSc. Counselling Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be
University), Bangalore, in the year 2022. As part of my practical experience, I have held a
safe space for my clients for over 250 session hours, including online counselling session and
in my internships roles as school counsellor.
I am client-centred in my practice and strive towards having a good balance of outcome and
process-based approach, such as DBT and attachment-based work. I have previously dealt
with issues of anxiety, relationship concerns, identity and role confusion, burnout, low moods
and conflictual family relations. I strive to be trauma-informed in my practice and have a
keen interest in understanding human behaviour from a social psychology lens.
Besides taking sessions for clients, you can find me spending time in taking nature walks,
praying, reading, immersing myself in imagination (which sometimes takes form of poetry),
or enjoying a good cup of coffee!
