The counseling services provided by the counselor are intended to offer support, guidance, and assistance in addressing personal and emotional challenges. The client understands that counseling is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment and that the counselor does not provide any form of medical diagnosis or treatment.

The counselor maintains strict confidentiality regarding the client's personal information and the content of counseling sessions, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to the client or others, or as required by law. The client understands that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in situations involving electronic communication or third-party involvement.

The client has the right to receive professional and ethical counseling services. The client is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information, actively participating in the counseling process, and communicating any concerns or questions to the counselor.

The client understands that counseling sessions are scheduled in advance. If the client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum notice period may be required. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Counseling fees is non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account extenuating circumstances.
