I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, insomnia, body image concerns, perfectionism, anxiety, addiction, drug and alcohol use and relationship concerns. Having completed my Masters in Australia and growing up in India, I have experience working with diverse individuals at different points in their journey.
